A few things worth keeping.
My grandfather lived on Hampton Road, and he believed in owning less, but owning it well. A coat worn every winter for decades. A watch kept and repaired rather than replaced. A few good things that lasted because they were chosen carefully in the first place.
That idea stayed with me: the best things aren't the ones you replace — they're the ones you reach for again and again.
